We see ourselves as advisers in the fullest sense of the word on management, personnel and career decisions. To emphasize our professional philosophy, we have chosen to describe ourselves as Consultants in Executive Choices.

“Executive choices” can refer to decisions affecting other people, e.g. possible succession solutions or additions to a management team, but also to difficult decisions in an individual’s own career or personal life.
