Target group and service portfolio

We specialize in individual coaching and process support in personal decisions and transitional phases, while concentrating on the group of people we know best.

Our coaching clients are usually executives in high-level leadership positions, persons responsible for results and for business success, self-employed people and entrepreneurs, founders of new businesses and ambitious junior executives.

This means that our target group for Executive Coaching is made up of the very people we have observed intensively for over 25 years in their special professional world and whose development we have actively supported.

In their day-to-day roles as management decision-makers, these executives (usually) behave in a professional, confident and practiced manner. But our experience has shown that when faced with decisions, changes or conflicts that affect them personally in a very sensitive and significant area, they often have no competent person to talk to.

Their closest associates, spouses or best friends may not be able to fully understand the problem, or should not (yet) be confronted with the situation. Other competent advisers in their circle of acquaintances may not be as trustworthy or as understanding or as flexible in their thinking, or may even be involved themselves ...
