Our Principles

Our practice is deliberately limited to a select number of clients in each field, in order to avoid possible conflicts of interest and to allow full scope for our systematic market research.

We value existing business relationships and never attempt to influence our clients' employees towards positions outside their companies.

We do not accept assignments which are also given to other consultancies. Parallel approaches to candidates cause annoyance and damage the client's reputation.

We undertake assignments on the basis of a fixed fee for services rendered. We cannot agree to contingency fees because these could endanger the impartiality and professionalism of our assessment and counselling services, thus damaging the interests of all concerned.

We accept fees only from companies requiring our services, never from potential candidates or employment agencies.

All information about clients and candidates is treated with absolute confidentiality, except where we are expressly authorized to pass it on.

We respect our duty to exercise particular care in checking references. These are taken up by us personally and only with the candidate's agreement.
